Da bayou runs deep in our hearts — from da crackle of da skillet to da hum of the swamp, it’s all about flavor, family, and fun.  Dis Cajun boy married a California girl — a real “Couyon” from San Diego — and together day raised two amazing kids who learned early dat spice and soul make everything better. Now, with two grandkids, we’re still rollin’ strong and livin’ dat best life.  At Dat Cajun Cart, da French and Zydeco music play all day long — the rhythm of Louisiana fills the air while da smell of crawfish and boudin makes you feel right at home.  So come on down to da cart and Get Some South in Ya Mouth!   Because here, we les Laissez les bons temps rouler!
